We have several divisions that are in need of talented Marine Engineers, Superintendents / Ship Managers with either Naval Architecture or Project Management expertise to lead ongoing vessel upgrade projects in port and drydock.

What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be overseeing budgets and schedules, supervising trades personnel, and have overall responsibility for marine engineering projects during drydocks and wet docks for systems upgrades.
Must have a general knowledge of mechanical / electrical engineering, hydraulic tools, and be comfortable leading teams on upgrade projects.
Experience as a technical manager / technical superintendent / ship manager of cruise ships, passenger vessels, or oil tankers would be a major plus.
BS degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, but not required if equivalent industry experience.
General knowledge of Class Society and Flagstate regulations.
We will provide all other training to ensure your success leading teams on projects!
What You Need for this Position
At least 3 years of experience and knowledge of:
Marine Engineering / shipboard construction work
Project Management within the Maritime vertical
BS in Mechanical / Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture
Strong skills with either marine refurbishements, vessel upgrades, systems installations, retrofittings, drydocks
Ability to consistently ensure compliance with Class Society and Flagstate rules
