What You Will Be Doing
In this role you will:
-Manage the customer life cycle from implementation through scale to ensure strategic objectives are met and maintained.
-Ensure all critical success metrics are met and maintained including but not limited to product delivery, product scaling, SLA Performance and customer satisfaction scores.
-Continuously drive value creation through a deep understanding of our customers strategic vision by partnering in exercises to identify expanded use cases.
-Manage all go forward commercial discussions including but not limited to renewals and SOW's.
-Partner closely with Customer Success, and across other departments, to ensure client needs are being met through exceptional service and high value-added products.
-Support the development of the long-term vision and strategy for the team, while leading and providing mentorship.
What You Need for this Position
-3-5 years of account management
-Experience working with sales, customer success and operations in a high-growth technology environment, across a range of industries and customer segments at the enterprise level
-SaaS, platform solutions or logistics experience required
-Bi-lingual candidates highly preferred (English with Spanish or Portuguese)
-Ability to build executive-level relationships with strategic clients and industry thought leaders.
-Ability to work cross-functionally, in particular with engineering and product teams to drive product improvements for our clients' needs.
-Demonstrated passion and ability to understand and support clients' business strategies and growth plans
