Atlas Lift Tech Associate Recruiter in Miami, Florida

About the Role:

As an Associate Recruiter, you are responsible for assisting with the sourcing and recruitment of talent for Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. and achieving the company staffing objectives. The role will support the recruitment process from start to finish, including but not limited to career opportunity postings, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, facilitating internal and external relationships, and transitioning candidates to the Human Resources Department for onboarding. This role is in a key position to administer our employment branding program and support recruitment strategies to ensure that we attract talent that will fit our healthy culture and grow with the company. The main focus of this position will be on field talent acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research recruiting strategies and propose new recruiting techniques.

  • Assist with developing and measuring advertisement and promotional campaigns to recruit personnel interested in the healthcare industry.

  • Target areas for recruiting by identifying traffic lanes and operational needs.

  • Attend job fairs, schools and promotional events to assist with talent recruitment

  • Review and process applications for selection.

  • Interview applicants and assist with the pre-boarding process of new hires.

  • Ensure compliance with all Atlas Lift Tech hiring standards.

  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.

  • Coordinate and schedule new hires for orientation.

  • Assist with the training and education of managers about recruitment practices and procedures.

  • Identify gaps and propose solutions to problem-solve.

  • Collaborate with personnel at all levels of the company.

  • Attend and actively participate in meetings and corporate activities.

  • Support duties and projects as assigned by department heads or delegated manager.

  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitor compensation trends; emphasize perks of being part of Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. Assist with development and maintenance of marketing and recruitment materials to promote company as a great place to work.

  • Assist HR and Operations with various responsibilities to support the business.

  • Travel as needed.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent required

  • Firm understanding about Atlas Lift Tech, Inc. purposes and goals

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of employment laws

  • Some understanding and/or experience conducting in-house recruiting or equivalent experience

  • Professional and friendly personality

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information

  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize and excel under pressure

  • Strong computer skills (MS office, Gmail, Googlesheets, Gdrive, Workable, various job posting platforms)

  • Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion

  • Ability to be available during business hours

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Human Resources experience a big plus

  • Experience in the healthcare industry a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
