The Litigation Support/Business Valuation Administrative Assistant provides proactive, friendly, professional and timely support to Litigation Support/BV Partner and department.
Responds to Partner inquiries and demands on a timely basis.
Provides team members support in responding to internal and external needs/requests.
Communicates all support issues to supervisors on a timely basis.
Works extra when needed to assist Partners.
Handles basic questions asked by Administrative staff.
Identifies ways to provide additional and better service to Partners.
Demonstrates mastery of various appropriate firm databases and software applications critical to job performance.
Learns and understands services and products offered by the firm.
Creates and maintains appropriate client information in firm databases.
Qualifications and Requirements
Three+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant is required
Previous experience working in an accounting or professional services firm is preferred
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
