High school diploma / GED required.
BA/BS degree or college level course work strongly preferred.
2-3 years of administrative support experience.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Must possess analytical and interpretative skills.
Must be able to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent organizational skills required.

We are looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, professional to become part of the energy and join our Performance Improvement team where you will engage in our efforts to improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to the assigned department requiring skills and knowledge of the area's policies and practices.
Assists in the preparation of department required information as well as the control of records, statistics and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
Serves as administrative liaison with other departments and parties inside and outside the organization.
Provides support in department special projects as assigned.
Coordinates the flow of information to and from different parties and generates reports or follow-ups as required on a timely basis.
Assists in screening telephone calls, greeting visitors and resolving routine and complex inquiries related to the department.
Proficiently operates a personal computer and the provided software packages.
Works with an excellent customer service attitude towards individuals from inside and outside the organization.
All other tasks as assigned.
