Key Responsibilities: * Performing administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. * Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing.

The Ideal Operations Assistant should have: * Extensive software skills may be required * Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. * Bilingual Spanish is preferred but NOT required

Schedule * Monday through Friday * 8:00am-5:00pm
