Facebook is seeking an experienced and highly motivated team player to provide transactional and organizational support on a broad range of matters for the Mobile, AI and Connectivity Commercial team.

You must be extremely organized and resourceful, perceptive, and have the ability to prioritize a dynamic workload, operate independently in a fast-paced environment, and effectively communicate. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills:

  1. Non-Disclosure Agreement management and administration

  2. Contract Database search and administration

  3. Project management

  4. Review ancillary agreements, including statements of work, side letters, purchase orders, and terms and conditions

  5. Assist with creation, management, maintenance and administration of training materials for business stakeholders

  6. Program management of regulatory inquiries requiring commercial legal support

  7. Develop playbooks and other related supporting materials to enable consistent and efficient transactions

  8. Work with product, operations, IP and regulatory colleagues on cross-functional issues

  9. Template review, maintenance and administration

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of work experience as paralegal

  2. Bachelor’s degree

  3. Analytical and research experience

  4. Experience with NDA drafting, negotiation, management and administration (experience supporting this function either in or for a technology company)

  5. Experience on an in-house legal team working directly with product or other technical and business stakeholders

  6. Experience using MS Office applications, (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Docs and Quip)

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with web, app, technology, social networking, or internet companies

  2. Paralegal Certificate
