Cigna Enrollment/Billing Senior Analyst in Memphis, Tennessee

The Enrollment Billing Senior Analyst possesses specialized, advanced knowledge of payment posting processes, serving as SME in handling escalated/complex posting issues. Provides report analysis & trend identification for payment processing, reimbursement issues and Accounting reconciling issues.

  • Identifies trends and analyzes payment posting and adjustment data

  • Audits adjustment postings to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures

  • Research and resolve accounting reconciling items

  • Communicates with teams internal and external to the Finance organization and assist management of process improvements

  • Works on high level projects when needed.

  • Provides feedback/recommendations to the business on enhancements to existing processes


  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience in medical billing and collections preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information.

  • Ability to analyze information, identify trends, compile data and statistics in a meaningful way.

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to conduct research utilizing a variety of sources.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
