Fiserv Director, Communications, Open Solutions in Memphis, Tennessee
This position can work remotely anywhere in the United States. The preferred location would be in the Alpharetta, GA, Brookfield, WI, Glastonbury, CT or Chicago, IL area.
What does a great Director, Communications do?
You will be responsible for the development, integration, and execution of internal, external and incident communications for the Open Solutions business unit. As our communications leader, you will work closely with senior leadership on executive communications including town halls, conference speeches and media interviews.
As a Director, Communications, you can look forward to:
Collaborating with other communications and marketing professionals from across the organization.
Leading all product focused public relations efforts including press releases, bylines, trade media and blogs.
Focusing on efforts that are aligned to Product Management, Account Management and Sales in achieving annual quota attainment through development of case studies, collateral, testimonial videos, client newsletter and PR.

Has professional experience writing for blogs, conference presentations, and press releases. You are looking for an opportunity to manage public relations communications and also marketing activities. Basic qualifications for consideration:
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
Experience developing creative communications plans across channels
Professional experience writing for blogs, conference presentations and press releases
Ability to travel 15% (once every 2-3 months)
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Financial services industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
Cloud services, IT managed services/infrastructure, or cybersecurity industry experience a plus
Pragmatic Marketing Certification a plus
