You are responsible for further building the relationship and establishing a long term business with both Retail and Food Service accounts. We are looking for someone with experience as KAM since you will be managing Top 3 clients. You are the first point of contact for your customers regarding your product category. You are our external ambassador of Mondelēz International. Internally, you are the ambassador of your customers.
Your first and main mission is to drive both Volume and Net Revenue at your customers . All starts with identifying opportunities and restrainers, developing a commercial strategy based on customer, consumer and shopper insights with only one desired outcome: achieving your targets based on a mutually developed value growth agenda. You get to this result by building a strong and strategic relationship with your customers. Others enablers are the in depth business reviews you have, the compelling selling stories you present regarding our new product launches, promo strategy and the impact on the customers’ net revenue of the availability of our products. Additionally as an expert on the category Cheese, you are in the driver’s seat to develop this category at our retail customers in close cooperation with the Meals team.
Secondly, you are responsible for monitoring and providing the Meals team with key business drivers on regular bases. You will closely work with the Category Manager and Field Manager, being responsible for the category planning and execution for Meals in Belgium. In close relationship with the Meals team, you will develop plans on our innovations, base assortment and promotions to grow the category. All in order to reach the targets and KPI’s within this category.
Education and Experience
At least 2 years of experience as a Key Accounts Manager preferably in the FMCG Retail landscape
You are excellent in project management
You have strong analytical skills
Experience in negotiating
You build excellent selling stories
Your communication is crystal clear
Working in a team gives you energy
Ownership is a key value to you
You set the bar high when it comes to your targets
You are a fluent in Dutch and French with good communication skills in English
