KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Support configurations and customizations of Siebel CRM and external-facing applications (e.g. Siebel Public Sector, Siebel eService)

  • Perform development fixes and troubleshoot issues in Siebel based applications

  • Develop and test new features and enhancements on Siebel OpenUI framework

  • Develop and test Siebel backend services such as workflows, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) components

  • Support and perform functional and automated testing of Siebel applications using available automated testing tools (e.g. Oracle Application Test Suite)

  • Support upgrading Siebel CRM applications from Siebel 8.1x through IP 2015 and higher

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of Siebel development experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university preferred

  • Experience in configuring and customizing Siebel repository for employee and external facing applications

  • Experience in supporting development and maintenance of Siebel workflows and using integration based capabilities using Siebel EAI

  • Ability to configure out of the box Oracle BI Publisher report templates as well as develop new reports to extract and display data from Siebel databases

  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance
