MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Minimum High School Diploma with 6000 hours Experience: 6000 hours supervised experience with Serious and Persistent Mentally Ill. (SPMI) Adults Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Pass Certified Medication Administration (training provided) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good written and oral communication skills Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, initiate and problem-solve work independently Able to work alone, initiate and problem-solve work independently Able to work around others Able to work collaboratively Good time management skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in an affiliated field or higher Experience: 2000 hours verifiable supervised experience with Serious and Persistent Mentally Ill.
