Job Description:

The Implementation Consultant will be focused on driving the scope, definition, delivery management and adoption of cloud based solutions with our clients. Projects vary in size, scope, scale and geographies so Implementation Consultants have a detailed knowledge (breadth and depth), of the Sage People application and functionality, so as to support any allocated project


Key Responsibilities:

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•Taking a lead functional role in Sage People assignments and building trusted client relationships

•Conducting discovery sessions with client to determine pain points and diagnose how Sage People can provide value and how the implementation can achieve return on investment

•Managing the client implementation process through effective use of change control and adhering to project management standards of the company

•Taking ownership for drafting and developing the project plan

•Documenting requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans

•Configuring the HCM platform to meet customer requirements

•Budgetary Control and Management

Preparing project documentation

Preparing and delivering end-user training sessions to facilitate successful adoption

Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have:

Self-reliance and a desire to work in a high energy, fast growing organisation

The ability to work autonomously in challenging customer environments - taking ownership for challenges and identifying solutions and workarounds

Knowledge of HR applications and workflows. Aptitude to understand functional business processes

Ability to engage with clients and understand their requirements .Ability to manage complex customer relationships, including C Level. Strong written and verbal presentation skills

Project Management experience


•Salesforce Experience would be advantageous

•Willingness to travel and work variable hours – on occasion, you will be required to stay away from home for short periods of time
