Why this role matters

Through a deep understanding outsourced facilities management, I am accountable for the overall management & stewardship of contract and commercial change within the FM contract, contractual fees and change requests.

What you'll be doing

  • I am accountable for the overall management & stewardship of contract and commercial change within the FM outsourcing contract.

  • I am accountable for changes to contractual fees as a result of BT/Supplier change requests.

  • I am accountable for effective running of governance and contract management principles & mechanisms.

  • I am responsible for effective running of customer funded change control processes, ensuring consistent with agreed site strategies.

  • I am responsible for the FM service fee calculator/model.

  • I work in close collaboration with workplace specialist and proposition development to ensure coherent and consistent adoption of the FM service agreement.

  • I am responsible for coordination of Performance Management Board meetings.

  • I works across the team to manage the provision of support services, as required, to all occupied properties for the benefit of all occupants of BT space, with reference to the property service model.

  • I monitor ongoing operations to ensure property and buildings meet all operational, security and relevant legislative policies and requirements.

  • I collaborate with senior business and functional management on property matters and requirements to contribute to the development of property strategy.

  • I review the allocation of workspace to ensure customer requirements are met and the usage of all available space is optimised to deliver financial savings and working efficiencies.

We'll also need to see these on your CV

  • I have significant contract management experience.

  • I have experience and a track record of commercial management of an outsourced contract.

  • Experience of working in the FM industry is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of regulatory framework : knowledge of local regulatory framework to support the compliant delivery of workplace services.
