Senior Account Manager - 00033182231DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Job descriptionJob Title: Senior Account ManagerManager: Account DirectorBillable/Utilization Targets: 80%The Senior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Director and helping to manage the company's relationship with the account. The emphasis is insuring that day to day client deliverables are handled with integrity and processed through the agency in line with agency processes, leading to a positive response and delivery. Responsibilities also include working with the development partner team to ensure that the strategy is fully realized in the applications which are delivered. The Senior Account Manager must also maintain a knowledge of interactive marketing best practices and a deep understanding of multiple industries including pharmaceutical marketing. Senior Account Managers need to be able to learn quickly, be able to solve problems both collectively and independently and be able to view business problems strategically. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated and entrepreneurial and able to thrive in a highly collaborative environment with minimal direct supervision.Essential Functions:* Understand the client business, the business objectives, and the client's needs* Provide leadership to clients and internal teams in the area of interactive marketing* Define/architect strategic and tactical plans that increase the value of client brand/products* Develop new ideas which build the value of brands* Own the SOW creation process and write the scope section of the SOW, with input from AD and Operations/PM team* Develop (winning) presentations in response to customer needs and/or requests* Lead internal kickoff meetings and prepare for external client meetings* Attend client kickoff meetings and lead client discovery phase of project* Develop the strategic brief and consolidate the strategic and creative briefs into one document for client review; present to client and obtain their sign-off* Lead the creative team to ensure efficiency of implementation* Review comps and deliverables as determined by the review plan and provide feedback in a timely manner* Participate in comp presentation meetings with client and lead designer* Attend med/legal meetings and act as Cadient's primary contact for content.and.#39;s and strategic issues* Participate in meetings to review deliverables with a focus on compliance with strategic objectives and goals as established in the review plan* Consolidation of communications, including schedules and status reports, to client across projects and act as a guide for the client to focus on critical agency deliverables* Help client and internal resources prioritize deliverables in times of conflicting demands* Develop and enhance senior level client relationships* Manage the account meetings and help AD to orchestrate resources to optimize client deliverables* Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement products to help achieve client goals* Collaborate on data analysis of market information to assist in developing new strategies and optimizing current strategies. Data analysis will include web metrics, market research, and the development of ROI models* Develop the importance of online marketing in the overall marketing mix* Continuously build trust, credibility, and gain referrals from existing brands* Represent/share best practices, between engagements, including support of agency case study creation.and.#39;s* Identify and communicate opportunities to improve company performance by improving processes and/or adding company offerings* Prepare financial documents, working with PM and Finance to foster a positive financial relationship with the client* Manage financial performance and maintain the pipelineMINIMUM Requirements:* Account Management and project management skills required* Strong knowledge of web strategy, design, deve
