Kelly Services Payroll Processing Specialist in Malvern, Pennsylvania
Kelly Financial Resources is currently recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a GREAT customer in Malvern! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
Key Tasks Include:
Processes on cycle payrolls. Ensures the preparation and distribution of payrolls meet established schedules, company policies, and government regulations
Performs check production and distribution processes for off-cycle payrolls. Ensures that off-cycle checks are produced timely in accordance to company policy and union agreements
Provides support to plant HR personnel in the resolution of employee issues
Responds to HR Manager’s inquiries related to payroll. Triages, tracks, and follows through to problem resolution
Stays abreast of and applies state and federal regulations to ensure compliance
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of two years of prior experience in payroll, processing multi-state and multi jurisdiction payroll
Working knowledge of automated payroll systems and applicable laws, regulations, and best practices
PeopleSoft experience is a plus but not necessary
