ADP is hiring an NAS Impl Project Lead. In this position, you will oversee all implementation activities for client implementations ensuring customer needs are satisfied through providing specific deliverables, delivering project on schedule and within budget.

Ensures the successful implementation of business, on a project basis, leading a team of implementation associates
Provides project leadership for associate and client
Serves as primary, project-level, liaison for the client throughout the project
Oversees the project preparation and planning functions
developing project direction and conversion strategies
establishes project plan, communication expectations and assigning/scheduling project tasks to team in accordance with established contract
Issue, Risk – Change Management
Manages project’s scope, estimate of hours and accommodates changes
Serves as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that requires resolution
Leads inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks.
Coordinates the transition of new clients from Sales to Implementation to Client Services
Administrative Functions – coordination of meetings, training sessions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Education
Up to 1 year of directly related experience in project management
Experience conducting or facilitating etime Implementation, processes and methodology
At least 3 years of client service experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Education – Experience is Preferred
Up to 1 Year of Directly Related Experience
Professional certification desirable
