Cambridge Investment Research Fiduciary Services Consultant in Main Campus, Iowa

Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., a national leader as a securities broker/dealer, has an opening in the Fiduciary Services department for a full time WealthPort Consultant Consultant.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult

with internal and external customers, provide guidance on asset management and

other product offerings and sponsor companies, and gather feedback regarding

needs, perceptions and general comments regarding internal asset management

platforms to foster long term relationships.

  • Provide

customer service related to Fiduciary Services and supply information as needed

at request of management, company associates, and rep-advisors and track open

issues with consistent follow-up to ensure issues are resolved.

  • Trouble

shoot WealthPort errors and provide solutions for issues regarding CAAP

accounts, status updates, and delays in the process to efficiently complete

service requests.

  • Collaborate

internally to promote opportunities and deliver best practices to enable

rep-advisors to operate compliantly and efficiently with our sponsor companies.

  • Administer

training on Fiduciary Services processes, procedures, and paperwork

requirements for CMAP, CAAP, WealthPort to ensure internal and external

policies and procedures are adhered to by rep-advisors and internal associates.

  • Update

and maintain information on company website and supply information as requested.

  • Maintain

working knowledge of company and product information in order to interface and

trouble-shoot product related issues with the company’s clearing firms.


Associate’s degree or

equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year

related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
