Job Description: A dependable self-starting individual to work in the parts department. Duties to include: Loading/unloading of freight trucks and verifying quantity counts. Receiving recording and placing into inventory all incoming supplies / parts / units / and components daily. Match purchase orders to packing slips to insure order accuracy for pricing and adjustments made if necessary daily. Deliver daily parts paperwork to Parts Manager daily. Ensure correct freight charges are applied to each transaction. Use and understanding of business and inventory computer systems to generate sales orders as received. Track and expedite all orders for delivery, pick-up or will-call. Ordering and receiving of goods, products, and components. Merchandising of showroom inventory, assisting in stocking the showroom as well as maintaining the general appearance of the showroom, bathrooms, counter and office areas. Assist in cycle counts, monthly and annual inventory processes. Daily processing of all incoming/outgoing inter-company parts transfers. Working closely with Parts Manager and counter staff, Service Department Manager and personnel, and other locations to ensure correct parts are received, stocked, and available to provide excellent customer service. Verification of all documentation for accuracy for all incoming or outgoing parts and merchandise. Any and all job duties/responsibilities assigned by manager. Essential Requirements: ' Parts experience required. ' Maintain and continual growth in working knowledge of farm equipment. ' Maintains safe, clean and organized working environment by complying with company policies/procedures, rules/regulations ' Contributes to team efforts and maintains a positive attitude with all location personnel ' Provide excellent customer service ' Ensures communication within location, and with other location employee's. Communicates appropriately to customers, and conveys any operational issues to Parts Manager ' Able to work extended hours during the week and on the weekends as required ' Ability to meet physical requirements of job (see Physical Requirements) ' Good interpersonal skills are required for working with employees, vendors and customers ' Computer skills ' Comply with assigned work schedule ' Use of correct PPE at all times i.e. Gloves / Safety Glasses when and where required ' Correct personal attire required for position, no open toed shoes, no shorts ' Ability to work in adverse weather conditions (see ENVIRONMENTAL) ' Adhere to Employee Handbook Policy/Procedures pertaining to requested time off (Prior approval by Parts Manager is required for all time off) ' Attend and be on-time for all mandatory company meetings ' Participate in Daily, Weekly, Monthly Cycle Counts, and Location Inventories SHIFT: 8:00 a.m. ' 5:00 p.m. DAYS/WEEKS: Monday ' Friday (Some Saturdays) Full benefits package Contact us today!
