JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Duties * Work with FRN, Visions IS, Grinders, loaders, dryers, color blending, scales, and injection molding equipment * Run injection molding machines: trouble shoot simple alarms and restart * Keep machines running by refilling and mixing materials according to work order * Keep work area organized and neat * Box and label parts quickly and accurately * Wrap and ticket skids * Perform color changes according to work order * Inspect all parts for quality 4 times per shift, measure with caliper and use gauges to assure specifications * Continually watch for defects and alert trouble-shooters. * Keep track of production and use calculator to do simple math * Fill out paperwork and work orders with 100% accuracy * Work safely and wear all PPE * Fill in as needed in department 06 to fulfill production requirements for all components areas * Meet or exceed established performance and quality expectations while effectively utilizing Q@S initiatives, BEX concepts and the 6S process ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be able the work on your own or as a team member Must be quality and safety conscious Must be able to work all overtime as needed Be flexible in job assignments Basic computer skills Ability to meet job productivity expectations Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs. frequently Must be able to sit or stand for a ten hour shift Must be able to push, pull, reach, bend and work overhead Must be able to wear all required PPE Must have strong hand/eye coordination Must have3 months manufacturing experience ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Call For Appointment: (608) 827-5818 Other: Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer (AA/EOE) Apply In Person: 6808 Odana Rd, Ste 203 Madison WI (Block away from the West Towne mall) E-Mail a R sum : Madison@abrjobs.com Apply Online: www.abrjobs.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
