Park Inc has an immediate need for a dynamic customer focused supervisor to lead our team of valets in Louisville, KY. Days and times are Monday through Friday; 7am - 4pm. No weekends or evenings! Health and Welfare benefits provided along with paid time off and paid holidays.
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the designated site point of contact
Train employees in the various operations of the job site, including customer service
Enforce company policies and procedures
Delegate duties as necessary in order to operate a clean, efficient and safe working environment
Manage staff and employee performance including employee relations, retention, training, coaching and counseling, safety, etc.
Responsible for hiring and terminations
Engage human resources for recruiting and hiring requirements
Maintain integrity of company equipment
Manage claims from property damage; initiate changes to reduce claims
Conduct routine audits and "mystery shop" assessments throughout designated assigned areas
Forecast staffing needs and schedule accordingly
Ensure schedule is properly communicated
Review daily/weekly/monthly reports including timekeeping reports
Ensure schedule gaps are filled and shifts are full
Review processes for efficiency and opportunities for improvement
Handle onsite communications with customers, client and management
Ensure compliance of established policies and procedures for both the client and the company

Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced an dynamic environment, parking management strongly preferred.
Experience managing a workforce.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels.
Excellent interpersonal and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience in dealing with personnel issues including hiring, firing, training and disciplinary action.
Must be detailed oriented and able to make sound decisions withing assigned deadlines.
Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme weather conditions.
Must possess a valid drivers license at all times.
Must have at least 3 years driving history with a good driving record.
Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as jog/run on a consistent basis.
