The USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy (USC Price) invites nominationsand applications for aPostdoctoral Scholar - Research Associate. Qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or other quantitative socialsciencediscipline; experience working with large data sets (e.g., American Community Survey, Panel Study of IncomeDynamics,American Housing Survey); strong econometricsskills;strong oral and written communications skills; the ability to work as part of a team and to meet deadlines. Interests in housing,real estate, and the impact of demographic change on housingmarketsarevalued,but not absolutely necessary.
Thesuccessful Postdoctoral Scholarwill work closely with Richard Green, Director of the Lusk Center in Real Estate andJorge De la Roca, Director of Research of the Lusk Center, and will be responsible for coordinating the Lusk Center seminar series and conducting research consistent with the mission of the Lusk Center.

Compensation and Benefits:
