KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Alliance Enablement to join our Alliance Strategy and Operations team.
Work with sponsors and alliance directors to define, revise and manage plans for the launch and operations of new and expanding alliances
Advocate, develop and lead alliance planning sessions with the KPMG sponsor and targeted alliance organization
Develop alliance specific toolkits to support the enablement needs, ranging from internal reference material, playbooks, battle cards and internal communications
Work with Communications and Marketing on the timing and coordination asset development, approval and final delivery
Obtain internal Risk approval for new content and maintain approval for updates
Populate and maintain of internal alliance site alliance enablement content
Minimum of seven years of experience in services or consultative business development; prior knowledge in the cultivation, development and delivery of sales enablement collateral for a Big Four or similar services organization
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
Alliance Management and Business Development exposure and experience is highly preferred
Demonstrated communication and influence management skills with all levels of executives
Capability to assimilate to new service areas and technologies is essential
Experience in project managing across multiple shared service teams to quickly and effectively meet deadlines for deliverables
Ability to travel up to twenty percent
