Conduent Healthy Communities Institute is looking for a full-time Account Manager. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined below, the role of a Account Manager is to drive interactions and build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensure customers are successful in a variety of key areas, and to serve as the primary point-of-contact between customers and internal staff. Conduent Healthy Communities Institute is a remote company, formerly based in Berkeley, CA. This position is a remote position with varied opportunities for in-person collaboration within the team and across other departments.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with a variety of customers to implement the Healthy Communities Institute technology platform, and launch and

sustain a successful website

  • Providing customer training on product features, tools, and developing documentation to facilitate training opportunities

  • Working closely and coordinating with various internal departments, including web developers, researchers, sales/ marketing, and others

  • Providing customers with ongoing support for use of technology, understanding of product capabilities, and public health expertise

  • Developing guides and client materials, including online and offline content

  • Assisting with Quality Control processes for new product releases

  • Crafting communication messages and customer updates

  • Data entry and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management software

  • Supporting services projects as needed, including the development of professional presentation about public health and evaluation concepts and developing reports, summarizing findings, and offering recommendations

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:

  • Familiarity and comfort with public health concepts, data analysis, methods to assess needs and to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs

  • A strong understanding of healthcare and community organization as related to the implementation of public health programs and services

  • A self-starter; ability to lead and manage internal projects

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ready to quickly integrate and support a strong team of professionals

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office required

  • Experience with HTML desired, but not required

Candidates must have a Masters degree in public health, healthcare administration, public policy or related field or comparable work experience. Ideal candidate will have some experience working remotely. This role is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.
