Too Faced and Origins have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the team as a National Account Manager. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, supporting the brands’ Sales function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is results oriented and has a passion for the beauty industry.

Wholesale and Retail

  • Responsible for developing and executing key strategic business goals

  • Fiscal Year planning for both brand sales with Operations Manager

  • Identify and agree the “retail to net” building blocks of the business to deliver the plan current and future

  • Primary contact for delivery of wholesale targets at total brand level

  • Shared responsibility with Operations Manager for the forecast and delivery brands retail plan

Sales and Marketing

  • Primary contact for retailers on each of the below

  • New launch & basic stock orders

  • Promotional activity

  • Commercial Agreement Forms and markdown funding

  • RGA’s and stock swaps

  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Marketing Manager

  • Manage visibility and promotional planning along with the marketing and merchandising teams

  • Leverage opportunity for growth and maximising product launches

  • Develop and execute a commercial omni-channel strategy and marketing plan

  • Work with Origins field team to resolve any stock issues in store

  • Lead commercial contact with retailer groups for all strategic queries

  • Strong relationship with retailer B&M teams to drive each store groups online and offline sales

  • Identify distribution opportunities and work with retailers to secure accordingly

  • Set up retail analysis tools with BA to better understand the shopping habits of the .co.uk customer and opportunities to drive recruitment and retention

  • Share sales and campaign success and learns with the wider team on a regular basis

  • Work with VM to create new store planograms

Demand & Inventory

  • Oversee supply chain through forecasting and delivery to achieve brand and corporate KPI’s

  • Agree product launch forecasts with marketing team and demand planning

  • Create and manage a strategic sampling calendar for .co.uk and retailer .coms. Forecast and monitor sample usage across all online channels including affiliate

Qualifications

  • Passionate about the beauty industry with a commercial awareness of industry trends

  • Enthusiastic about learning in a fast pace environment and maintain a proactive attitude

  • Computer literate, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

  • High level of numerical ability

  • Possess excellent organisation and communication skills

  • A team player who can form great internal and external relationships

  • Detail-orientated

  • Must have experience in merchandising or sales
