Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the deployment of all global and multi-Region learning courses for EY’s Transaction Advisory Services.

Purpose of the Job:

  • Oversee and manage the deployment of all agreed content for a defined SL or functions portfolio. Accountable for the deployment of learning programs to cost, time and quality requirements

  • Responsible for the development of the Global portfolio learning deployment strategy, considering Area requirements

  • Ensure that deployment plans and budgets are defined for each learning solution early in the design process

  • Promote adherence to common deployment standards and processes, managing performance issues as required

  • Work with Regions to optimise Region deployment of global or multi-Region learning solutions.

  • Influence / guide development of deployment planning, budgeting and analysis across Regions to ensure that curricula is appropriately prioritized

  • Oversee and ensure the effective measurement of deployed content – monitor consumption, costs, quality (working to agreed global standards and processes and with partners (incl: HRS People Data & Reporting and TSS as required)

  • Work with learning colleagues (Executive and Region level) to continuously improve Deployment and Measurement learning processes to improve service delivery and to optimize consumption of learning content

  • Manage the recruitment, selection and development of best in class facilitator faculty or external providers (as required)

  • Support adoption of common standards and practices for facilitator excellence.

  • Lead or participate in learning change initiatives (as required)

Supervision Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient deployment of learning for the portfolio

  • Work in close collaboration with Region Learning Leads to deploy global learning and to support effective Region deployment

  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to deployment standards and processes. Promote adherence to deployment standards, templates, tools and processes throughout EY and work to optimize deployment standards

  • Work closely with colleagues to understand and manage the impact of changes to the Talent technology suite (SuccessFactors).

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen, knowledge of global Learning strategy in a large organisation

  • Strong knowledge of the talent and learning strategies and experience to implement them effectively

  • Strong knowledge of - and commitment to optimize - learning processes and standards

  • Strong knowledge of both physical classroom and virtual learning deployment best practice

  • Strong learning measurement and reporting skills – experience of developing and analyzing learning data and dashboards

  • Strong internal and external client-facing experience and skills

  • Strong consulting skills - the ability to understand and challenge client requirements, and to determine the most appropriate solutions

  • Strong Learning deployment project management skills - the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the Learning Executive and Regional teams to deploy learning effectively to the agreed plans

  • Strong organizational skills - the ability to set priorities, allocate team resources and budgets to maximize consumption of learning

  • Strong collaboration skills - work effectively with other members of the Learning team ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning technology and tools, as well as other relevant talent systems and knowledge tools

  • Experience with supporting Learning initiatives for corporate finance, transactions or mergers & acquisitions business units within a large global organization Other Requirements:

  • Due to global nature of the role; travel and willingness to work alternative hours will be required

  • Higher professional or masters qualification in a related discipline is preferred

  • Strong experience in a closely related global learning role

  • Significant and demonstrable experience of deploying learning solutions that address business needs on Global level, including virtual learning solutions

  • Strong experience of managing learning reporting and measurement initiatives which provide robust data and analysis to the business

  • Strong experience of managing multiple Learning projects or deployment initiatives in an organized and coordinated way

  • Strong experience of having built, fostered and maintained effective relationships with multiple business customers at various levels: Global and regional, within Learning and Talent and in the business

  • Demonstrable experience of leading teams of learning experts to deliver exceptional results

  • Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, stressful environments to deliver required results.
