Enterprise is our dedicated B2B division within BT. We have around 1.2 million customers and serve over half the FTSE 350. Our customers range from big household names, government departments and public service organisations right through to small businesses and new start-ups. We cover both the communications and IT services markets. Overall we’re focused on four main product markets: Fixed Voice; Mobility; Fibre and connectivity; networked IT services provided over the biggest UK network in both fixed and mobile communications. We also provide network IT services to corporate and public sector organisations in the Republic of Ireland.

As our Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible the overall paid media strategy and performance to meet business objectives. You'll deliver robust always on and optimisation programmes, using Adobe analytics. In addition, the role will involve testing and trialling new media channels and analysing how effective they are. You'll establish great relationships with our agencies, as well as managing a team of professionals to ensure KPIs are met.

What you'll be doing

You'll be...

  • Working across the team to deliver a number of digital marketing programmes through paid media e.g. banner, native, social, affiliates.

  • Running always on performance paid media marketing and continuously improves performance through a robust optimisation programme with multivariate testing

  • Developing and enhancing digital campaigns to deliver engagement and sales of key products.

  • Tracking and measuring overall performance to show ROI of spend and manages overall paid media budgets

  • Managing a portfolio of projects, including launch and management of digital marketing campaigns or management of digital promotional activity, through development to launch, delivery and evaluation.

  • Collaborating with suppliers, digital agencies and internal teams to manage day to day projects and activities and ensure successful execution of major digital campaigns.

  • Providing sound technical expertise to support the development and execution of best-in-class digital products, identifying opportunities to optimise and transform the digital presence.

We'll also need to see these on your CV

  • Sound knowledge of digital media and latest trends

  • Experienced in analytics and attribution models

  • Knowledge of Adobe tools such as Audience Manager

  • Experience of multivariate AB testing

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills

  • Support & partner a high performing sales team

  • Self-motivated, articulate and ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Able to create and implement effective communication channels/techniques to drive motivation and business performance within the organisation

  • Knowledge of marketing in a B2B environment, understanding the effective use of marketing channel types across different customer segments
