Within the Pega practice, Consultants work as part of self-directed scrum teams, taking requirements direct from clients and implementing solutions using Pega’s digital transformation platform. You will interact with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels from Architects and Project Managers to new graduates to deliver high performance solutions.

As a Pega solutions Architect you will become adept at developing; complex interfaces and business logic, reinterpreting client requirements to form clear and concise user stories, compelling user Interfaces and distinctive process designs that meet specific business needs. We increasingly work in fast paced Agile and Dev Ops environments where the scrum team will handle everything from product installs, quality and performance reviews, using the latest in continuous integration and automated testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with members of the team to analyse business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Pega 7 platform. Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices
Will be responsible for Coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead System Architect. Maintain effective team relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information

Required Skills:

Certified Senior System Architect in Pega 6 or Pega 7 Strong understanding of Pega ; 3-5 years of experience using Pega Hands on experience in Pega 7 development Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, REST and SOAP Services etc Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL. Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Nice to have:

Experience in implementing Pega Marketing applications, defining strategies, campaigns, predictive and adaptive models Pega Framework exposure on Customer Service, Marketing
