With Proxymity we are re-inventing proxy voting putting transparency, trust and simplicity at the heart of the process.
The Proxymity client service delivery officer will help the team in supporting the on-boarding of issuer, agent, advisor and investor clients onto Proxymity.
The Proxymity client service delivery officer will support and execute operational processes that ensure the flawless execution of end to end voting via Proxymity, establishing and maintaining the required internal and external relationships required to deliver operational excellence.
The Proxymity client service delivery officer will also play a lead role in maintaining and executing UAT plan’s for regular deployments of new versions of the Proxymity platform, demonstrating a keen eye for identifying and documenting bugs, and working closely with the development team to raise and resolve such issues.
The Proxymity client service delivery officer will be given a degree of autonomy, ownership, and responsibility to run key operational activities, interact with key clients and execute UAT plans.
The Proxymity product technician will work well under pressure, with a focus on tackling potentially large operational volumes and efficiently identifying \ resolving operational challenges.
As a key contributor to the launch phase of Proxymity, the Client Service Delivery Officer will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of pivotal activities and expand the remit of the role as the needs of the business develop.
Proxymity aims to provide a one-stop solution for all participants in the voting chain. By re-engineering the global proxy voting process significant disruption to the ecosystem will be created which will create several new commercial opportunities.
Proxymity is a startup incubated by Citi’s D10X program. The recently developed Discover 10X program drives the incubation of new businesses through an intensive system and methodology designed to generate new organic growth for Citi.
Proxymity was founded by employees from within Securities services which provides services to a wide range of clients including Insurance companies, Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Banks, Broker/Dealers, Private Banks and Central Banks
Securities Services is a part of the Global Securities Services Group organisation. GSSG capabilities include a full suite of fund administration and middle office services as well as custody capabilities in 106 markets.
This role will play a significant role in supporting the on-boarding of clients, operational \ client service delivery and the successful testing \ deployment of new versions of the Proxymity platform.
On-boarding of new issuer, agent, advisor and investor clients to Proxymity within agreed SLA turnaround times.
Oversight of vote execution to market from the Proxymity platform.
Creation and maintenance of all operational procedure guides in agreed Citi standard formats.
Creation and Maintenance of UAT test plans.
Completion of end-to-end sanity testing prior to each deploy of a new version Proxymity.
Identification and implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
Representation of the Proxymity product \ operations teams on all daily \ weekly meetings with the development team.
Demonstration of the Proxymity platform to new users and existing users as and when required.
Support of all internal and external Proxymity platform user queries that cannot be answered by the Citi Operational support team.
Oversight and creation of Proxymity monthly billing report, delivering it to the Citi Finance team.
Creation and maintenance of daily operational checklists.
Maintenance of Proxymity KPI’s and provision of weekly update reports to the wider Proxymity team \ stakeholders.
Identification and submission of potential Proxymity platform process improvements, including those raised by clients.
Extensive years asset servicing operations experience.
Solid understanding of the Securities Services industry or similar business and environment beneficial.
Previous User Acceptance Testing delivery experience favorable.
Knowledge of the Proxy Voting industry and associated core processes beneficial.
Strong attention detail and focus on accurate delivery.
Technically minded with the ability to stress test and identify bugs within web based platforms.
Solid written and oral communication.
Handles criticism and disagreement constructively.
Team player – puts own success below the success of the team.
Strong communication skills. Interacts and engages constantly with other team members. Recognizes the challenge of communication with remote team members and takes action to overcompensate.
Positive client facing communication and presentation skills.
