Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Start-up)

40-45k base (10k bonus paid quarterly)
We?re looking for a diligent and curious Enterprise Customer Success Manager with fantastic interpersonal skills to join a Series C B2B startup. You?ll develop strong relationships with key customers and become a trusted adviser and key contact with their accounts. You?re consultive, empathic and professional, putting the quality of your relationships first.

Background and skills
Passionate about building great business relationships - with previous experience in either a B2B Customer Success or Account Management role
Highly analytical - data and metrics driven
To be naturally curious about a customer's problem, the business and how the product works.
SaaS / cloud sales experience would be an advantage
Build strong customer relationships (along side the Account Managers) and become a trusted advisor and point of contact for their key accounts.
Work cross functionally across multiple teams: product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance and support.
Run regular Quarterly Business Reviews and Training sessions with the biggest customers.
Alongside the Account Managers, devise and execute a framework to identify and engage low usage accounts.
Gather customer feedback around product enhancements and improvements that can help us better serve clients.
