Enterprise Account Manager (Start-up)
Full time with flexibility; London 60k base (80k OTE)
We?re looking for an consultative and diligent Enterprise Account Manager with fantastic interpersonal skills to join a Series C B2B startup. You?ll develop and manage a key long-term enterprise client relationship, and while you?ll be constantly on the lookout for improvements to conversions and efficiency, you?ll also be consultive, empathic and professional, putting the quality of your relationship first.

Background and skills
Previous experience managing large Enterprise B2B accounts - demonstrating value and retaining key customers - navigating through businesses to cross and up-sell to other areas of the business
You?ve got a highly consultative sales style: you?re empathic, understanding and alway ready to listen and learn. You?re able to build and maintain relationships in a highly professional way
You?re an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with a hands-on attitude
You?re naturally curious and never satisfied with the status quo; you?re always looking to improve
SaaS / cloud sales experience would be an advantage
Leading the strategic stakeholder management at C level with a key enterprise client, as well as growing the account by selling to other subsidiaries and companies in the group.
Articulate the company's vision and sell the value proposition to other subsidiaries and companies in the group - facilitating incremental increases in customer investment
Improving conversions and efficiency of our processes with new thinking, new methods and new strategies
Supporting and driving the delivery processes by keeping in close touch with clients and use their feedback to improve our services
