As the Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll own specific pieces of work within our wider digital marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for the design and delivery of emails in line with marketing objectives and to brand guidelines. This include the layout, visual appearance, build, testing and usability of emails to our customer base ensuring a synergy with offline POS, online graphics and brand/promotional advertising. You'll design and improve working processes, and manage the logistical process of client email campaigns from building templates through to scheduling and reporting. In addition you'll help drive change by making recommendations for optimisation and improvements across your area.
What you'll be doing
Taking designs from Sketch and building into a responsive dynamic emails using HTML and CSS.
Ensuring all email builds are true to the original design.
Writing code that is clear, free of errors and easy to maintain.
Ability to build segments and link segmentation to Adobe Target.
Building dynamic content, start of the art emails
Responsible for asset management
Utilising email build best practices.
Testing for spam scoring and rendering across all major email clients and browsers.
Ensuring accurate, consistent and timely completion of email builds.
Always keeping on trend with the latest techniques and advancements.
Keeping the email templates up to date whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
Working with designers and developers within the company to provide additional support and to achieve consistency across all platforms.
Collaborating with back-end engineers to deliver highly personalised email
Identifying opportunities to optimise and transform the digital presence.
We'll also need to see these on your CV
Good technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
Knowledge of Adobe tools including Adobe campaign
Experience of building responsive HTML email templates from scratch.
Proficient in HTML, Java script & CSS
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Analytical and ability to challenge the status quo
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, articulate and ‘can-do’ attitude
