Willis Towers Watson Client Relationship Account Manager - Energy in London, United Kingdom

Responsible within the Team for a portfolio of clients and prospects

with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. Will

service and develop client and Willis relationships and grow portfolio within

the business unit and will be responsible, as part of the Team, for targeting

and converting prospects

The Role

Client Relationship Management

  • Understand the clients’ business and risk management needs

  • Establish and maintain active relationships

  • Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise

  • Liaise with WTW Moscow and build strong relationships

  • Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placementstrategies

  • Grow existing portfolio

Business Development

  • Responsibility for supporting the drive of the sales process andbusiness area practice activity

  • Assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects

  • Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions

  • Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across thebusiness

  • Networking

Placement Management

  • Work closely and maintain working relationships with key marketcontacts

  • Manage compliant processing of contracts

  • Assist with loading of data into the relevant Systems

  • Check policies, market presentations and client documentation

  • Assist with and design programme and pricing structures to bestmeet the client’s needs

  • Deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients

Operational and

Service Delivery

  • Deliver end to end ongoing client service

  • Support the BU in accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking ofrevenue

  • Deliver high levels of client service

  • Proactively develop appropriate solutions and proposals for clients

  • Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets andothers

  • Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met

  • Provide feedback on corrective action required to retain clients orenhance process performance

The Requirements

  • Preferably ACII qualified or working towards the ACII qualification

  • Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience

  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service

  • Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim

  • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists

  • Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility

  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery

  • Experienced knowledge of insurance markets globally in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs
