8x8 Channel Marketing Manager in London, United Kingdom
Reporting to the Director of EMEA Channel Marketing, the Channel Marketing Manager is tasked with developing integrated demand generation campaigns maximising the different marketing tools including email, digital/social, webinars, and events, to be adopted and driven through our EMEA Channel Partners.
The Channel Marketing Manager will be the subject matter expert behind all aspects of the campaign including but not limited to the messaging, content, tactics and customer journeys, and then working with partners to deliver these campaigns to their target customers.
The Channel Marketing Manager will own and deliver marketing campaigns and activities which will include:
Development of annual/quarterly marketing plans working with channel sales and the channel marketing team. This includes fund setting and management
Development and delivery of marketing demand generation campaigns to meet channel driven goals and the marketing lead pipeline objectives.
Development of marketing brand campaigns to communicate and accelerate 8x8's brand and value propositions in the channel press
Develop tactics to support campaigns that channel partners can utilise in an integrated or standalone way
Own the process of engaging, communicated and training the partners on new campaigns, this will include the 8x8 PartnerXchange (partner portal), meetings and webinars
Support and drive the channel marketing effort as part of the extended channel marketing team
Experienced in campaign design, development and creation, with a focus on the customer journey objectives
Numerate with good analysis skills
Practical B2B Marketing with proven track record of results.
Working in a fast paced sales driven environment
Experience in Social Media deployment and strategies (Web, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube).
Use of CRM and Lead management systems preferred (SalesForce), working in alignment with marketing automation tools and systems (Marketo).
Good level of skill on IT applications (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience of working with channel partners is a plus
Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
Proactive self-starter, solution finder to find and take on new projects that support team and channel marketing goals
Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines with minimal supervision, a keen attention to detail and in a fast-paced environment
Good copy writing skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, ability to work at all levels of a business both internal to 8x8 and within a channel partner
Mastery of MS Office, CRM and marketing automation platforms, ROI analysis/campaign measurement tools
