Job Description:

Sage is continuing to transform its digital experiences globally. This key role is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformation. We are looking for a passionate, technical marketer to lead the training, administration and adoption of Workfront, Salesforce and our Digital Asset Management tools within the Global Marketing Operations Department. The day to day administration includes all aspects of our enterprise marketing tools from user management, configuration and testing of features and functionality through to driving adoption of the various platforms. Additionally, this position will work to support knowledge transfer across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Drive adoption of platforms and processes across the marketing function

• Lead QA of new processes configured (develop scripts for ongoing use)

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of enhancements, new processes (scenario documentation, run demos, facilitation of feedback)

• Set up and management of platform users (access and security)

• Monitor, handle/route user support tickets

• Create communications to users regarding changes, enhancements

• Develop communities for regional owners/global stakeholders; facilitate best practices, use cases, act as a thought leader Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have:

• Self-motivated and proactive, with attention to detail, due dates and deadlines

• Understanding of project management principles

• Effective stakeholder management

• Knowledge of database management principles

• Proficiency in English language, verbal and written

Qualifications:

• University Degree or college diploma in Marketing, Information Technology or similar

• Digital Technology or Platform certification a plus
