The CSM will measure performance and report progress on established goals; recommend and lead process improvement. The CSM will facilitate communication to staff and management team and maintains patient satisfaction throughout the clinical visit process. The CSM will ensure adherence to applicable policies and procedures and provide leadership to all staff within division. The CSM will serve at various committee meetings, provide oversight of quality improvement and demonstrate the Circle of Excellence standards with patients and staff.The CSM collaborates and supports other department managers in the performance of their duties and in the resolution of management problems associated with Patient Care Services. This position evaluates and utilizes input from patient, families, physicians, and peers regarding staff performance and patient care provided.Salary offered commensurate with experience.*QUALIFICATIONS*Required:Current RN License, Bachelors Degree in Nursing, 3 years experience as an RN.Preferred: Previous experience in Maternal/Infant and management; should achieve national leadership certification within 3 years of hire.This position is subject to a pre-employment criminal background [and registry (if applicable)] check [and drug screen (if safety sensitive position)].
