Responsibilities

  • Understand the broader education landscape, customers’ priorities and strategies, and plan programs of services that drive value and contribute to Microsoft growth through attainment of your, and your sales teams, revenue, share based and/or consumption-based quota

  • Establishing yourself as a sought-after spokesperson and recognized expert in relevant local education circles of influence, opening doors and removing barriers for our sales teams, partners and customers

  • Oversee the delivery and impact of services that drive customer objectives, outcomes and success deepen digital transformation engagements with active use of the Microsoft Education Transformation Framework creating lighthouse examples of digital transformation

  • Drive frictionless cross-team orchestration across all sales/technical sales/share/ plays/marketing/services/partner organizations to ensure 'One Microsoft' approach to ensure customer success in the acquisition, implementation, and consumption of Microsoft’s services and solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience of selling education software solutions combined with deep understanding of key education solutions and competitive technologies

  • Possess executive maturity, presence and experience in building trust with senior education decision makers and articulating how education institution can digitally transform teaching and learning/student outcomes with Microsoft solutions

  • Ability to drive digital transformation in a highly competitive environment with proven ability to successfully anticipate market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions, address competitive threats and navigate complex customer environments

  • Experience in leading and driving the entire sales cycle, orchestrating virtual selling teams where necessary, leveraging repeatable offerings that maximize revenue/market share/consumption opportunities and increase customer satisfaction

  • Ability to develop external partner eco-system to scale execution & be comfortable with public speaking and the media
