Principal Objective

Under the direct supervision of the Cash Management and Online Banking Manager, responsible for performing diverse functions related to systems processing and for serving as informational resource on all internal procedures related to Online Banking (OLB), Cash Management (CM) Bill Pay (BP), mobile deposit capture, and intra-bank transfers. Provide efficient and courteous service in handling customer electronic banking needs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process applications from Opening Act (Online Account Opening)

  • Monitor accounts opened online through Opening Act and communicate concerns to management

  • Submit service orders e.g. check orders and debit cards for accounts opened through Opening Act

  • Respond to bill pay queries in tangent with the Call Centers

  • Deactivate bill pay accounts for closed accounts

  • Setup and enable new mobile deposit capture (MCD) customers

  • Review other’s MCD setups and complete and send confirmation emails

  • Develop a high level of knowledge of the bank’s cash management products and services

  • Develop a high level of knowledge of the bank’s business and retail products and services

  • Verify and validate CM (OBS), OBL, MCD, FI transfers and BP reports and resolve discrepancies

  • Back-up to process analysis statement and charge file on the 10th of each month

  • Become familiar with the paperwork of new CM customers

  • Become familiar with the paperwork for new or deleted CM services

  • Learn how to setup and maintain pricing on accounts for CM customers

  • Back-up to update counters on analysis accounts

  • Learn how to Create/Update ACPAR for CM customers

  • Back-up to research and resolve customer account analysis issues

  • Back-up to customer tracking database in conjunction with the CM team

Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required)

  • Basic PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
