C# Software Developer

The Challenge:

We’re looking for you, a front end developer who will use equal parts skill and vision to build an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency.

This is an opportunity to meet challenges in US Naval Aviation by collaborating with a development team to build a program management system with user-centric design. You’ll work with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using MS C#, SQL Server, and other tools. You’ll work with the development team to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming (OOP)

-4+ years of experience with Web development in ASP.NET and C#

-2+ years of experience with Visual Studio

-2+ years of experience with requirements analysis

-2+ years of experience with Oracle application development

-Experience with C#/ASP.NET Web programming and Visual Studio, LINQ, and Oracle development

-Experience with Microsoft Office products

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS, Engineering, CIS, CE, MIS, Math, or Physics

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with Agile programming

-Experience with the Model-View-Presenter (MVP) software pattern

-Experience with Web event handling

-Experience as an Oracle developer

-Experience with CM development tools, including GitHub

-Experience with requirements analysis

-Experience with Agile tools, including JIRA or TFS

-Experience with CITRIX, Fusion Charts, and Telerik

-Experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC)

-Ability to work well with peers, team members, the government client, and management

-Ability to perform code reviews

-Secret clearance

-Security+ or higher Certification
