The role

  • You lead a team of technical account managers. Your team members are dedicated, technical contacts for one or more customers in the area of Multi-Vendor Premium Support.

  • You strategically develop the business and are responsible for the team's goal achievement.

  • You develop the team and actively drive further growth.

  • In addition, you also take operational responsibility in the holistic management of our customers' support contracts.

  • You look after the customers in your area of responsibility, initiate regular service meetings and are contact persons for the ticket processing process.

  • You optimize services with an eye on our customers' processes and identify cross- and upselling potentials.

  • You are responsible for quality assurance, escalation management and the provision of technical resources in your projects.

  • By working closely with the customer's central contact person (Customer Support Manager), you ensure that support meets individual requirements.

What we need to see from you

  • You have a university degree or successfully finished an apprenticeship , ideally in a technical environment.

  • You have several years of professional experience as a technical account manager in the IT environment.

  • You have a broad technical understanding in the IT environment as well as experience in ITIL and project management.

  • Excellent communication skills and self-confidence up to C level.

  • You are characterized by a very strong customer, service and team orientation.

  • Willingness to travel as part of customer projects.

  • Fluent German and good knowledge of spoken and written English round off your profile.
