To develop, promote and manage sales within the South West region of Germany, in a manner that is consistent with business plans and company objectives. This role will be field based.
To promote sales of Cell Signaling Technology product portfolios, attaining and/or exceeding territory budgetary goals through sales success across key product areas.
To develop specific account strategies, account portfolios, and territory business plans.
To present and report competitive product information and competitor activity to the European Sales Director.
To develop and maintain account plans and do frequent customer visits.
To conduct presentations, seminars and workshops to our customers.
To support our local marketing team in the development of campaigns and promotions.
To strive to maximum customer satisfaction.
To maintain customer database, accurate quarterly forecasting and opportunity management.
To execute administrative responsibilities: Monthly reports, expenses, forecasting, and other operational requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or equivalent
Good knowledge and understanding in the field of Immunology
At least 5 years proven sales experience in Life Science
Experience in a lab environment is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of German and English
