  • Learn rules, policies and information about the cabana program to inform guests and inquiring customers.

  • Answer multi-line phones and transfer calls.

  • Obtain guest information for cabana wait list.

  • Input daily reports (opening and closing) into proper files.

  • Input guest information into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.

  • Obtain knowledge about the pool facilities to assist the guest and have an understanding of where everything is located.

  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.

Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, cash handling experience, or a combination of both.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
