SUMMARY

Freeman is seeking a Project Manager to manage Las Vegas Corporate Account and FXP projects to maintain organized, cohesive, and focused installation of equipment. Work in conjunction with the corporate departments to ensure that each aspect of the project is handled correctly on a local level. Additional duties include:

  • Produce job efficiently and effectively. Ensure alls jobs are on time, on budget and are produced according to the customer’s specifications.

  • Accurately create and manage production schedules and timelines. Work with Account Manager to ensure proper showsite execution.

  • Work closely with corporate accounts, I&D, MIS, Operations, and customers to ensure success of projects.

  • Research and prepare to manage upcoming business,

  • Manage multiple projects, both current and future.

  • Work with I&D, MIS, and Operations to ensure labor is ready.

  • Manage overall branch and customer communications related to the project.

  • Collect, verify, and approve estimates and proposals. Must be able to price and estimate jobs and job modifications on demand.

  • Ensure all ancillary services are delivered to specific requirements

  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience

  • Must have proven I & D and labor background.

  • Must have sales experience or understanding of the sales cycle.

  • Must be detailed-oriented and organized.

  • Must interpret technical and structural drawings.

  • Must have creative problem solving that is solution oriented.

  • Must have knowledge of interfacing audio visual aspects (wide range).

  • Capable of developing solutions and answering questions related to structural stead fastness.

  • Experience/training in Acrobat, Excel, Word, other CAD software.

  • Experience/training in modular construction, or custom construction is helpful.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Ability to lead and manage project teams.

  • Must understand union jurisdictions.

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

  • Associates Degree
