Maintain the appearance of all areas in the Spa and assist Spa guests with their needs.
Check guests in and out of the facility.
Provide tours of locker room and wet areas.
Provide exceptional service and assist guests with questions.
Complete requests and services promptly in time allotted.
Maintain professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.
Dispose of soiled linen and fold and restock linen as needed.
Pick up linen from dock as needed and push and pull linen carts to appropriate areas.
Stock water and juices in spa daily.
Oversee guest's needs in the gym and stock water in gym cooler.
Offer guests ice towels and water in gym.
Monitor the gym for cleanliness and re-organize weights and other equipment.
Perform all other job related duties as requested.
At least 16 years of age.
At least 6 months of guest service experience.
Ability to prioritize and organize.
Ability to follow directions thoroughly.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi task in various situations.
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
Ability to be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Working knowledge of all areas of the property.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
