  • Maintain the appearance of all areas in the Spa and assist Spa guests with their needs.

  • Check guests in and out of the facility.

  • Provide tours of locker room and wet areas.

  • Provide exceptional service and assist guests with questions.

  • Complete requests and services promptly in time allotted.

  • Maintain professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees.

  • Dispose of soiled linen and fold and restock linen as needed.

  • Pick up linen from dock as needed and push and pull linen carts to appropriate areas.

  • Stock water and juices in spa daily.

  • Oversee guest's needs in the gym and stock water in gym cooler.

  • Offer guests ice towels and water in gym.

  • Monitor the gym for cleanliness and re-organize weights and other equipment.

  • Perform all other job related duties as requested.


  • At least 16 years of age.

  • At least 6 months of guest service experience.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize.

  • Ability to follow directions thoroughly.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to multi task in various situations.

  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.

  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

  • Ability to be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


  • Working knowledge of all areas of the property.

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
