The Employer Installation Coordinator will be responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. This position is also responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and / or source documents.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Auditcontract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards

  • Analyticaland Researching techniques to trend or quantify projects

  • Prepare,process, and maintain new group installation and renewals

  • Researchand respond to all claims processing inquiries from Client Management,Clinical, and other internal departments

  • Performclaim testing to ensure accurate claim adjudication

  • Conductinstallation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to:structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researchingand resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of planmaterials such as administrative documents and customer education material

  • Overallemployer contract loading using various databases and / or sourcedocuments. May research installation issues and develop customer specificresolutions which may include auditing contract loads for adherence toquality measures and reporting standards

  • UtilizeFacets claims processing system

  • Performother duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

  • HighSchool Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • 1+years of experience in a healthcare insurance environment using thetelephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Facets experience

Physical Requirements and WorkEnvironment:

  • Frequentspeaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingersacross keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, and long periods workingat a computer

  • Servicecenter environment with moderate noise level due to Representativestalking, computers, printers and floor activity
