Title: Principal Completions Specialist

Location: USA-Louisiana-Lake Charles

Job Overview:

The Turnover Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the assembly of required Construction and Commissioning documentation needed for completion of lakes Charles.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Perform field walkdowns/inspections to review the work for conformance with the designdrawings, specifications, applicable codes/standards, and companypolicies/procedures

  • Coordinates the walk-down atthe time of Turnover Package Release from Construction to Commissioningand then again just prior to the Turnover from Commissioning to the Client

  • Assists in the identificationof exceptions to the Turnover Package

  • Assembles the requireddocumentation into Turnover Packages that are transmitted to the Clientfor acceptance

  • Turnover Manager maintainsstatus of the Turnover Package progress, Turnover Coordinators will beinvolved with the assembly of Turnover Packages

  • Utilizes WinPCS software toschedule and document all Preventive Maintenance activities

  • Utilizes WinPCS software tocompile System Turnover Package Construction Completion Paperwork

  • Coordinates and manages systempunch list

  • Leads a System Turnover Meetingwith Construction Personnel to identify upcoming construction completion needsand status progress

  • Review/interpret engineeringdrawings, specifications, and other design documents

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Employee must be agreeable towork overtime and weekend.

  • Employee must be capable ofclimbing ladders, scaffolding and wearing fall protection.

  • The Turnover Manager should beable to perform assigned work with no direct supervision
