OfficeTeam is currently seeking a talented Administrative Assistant in Orange County. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for daily office operations. Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include:

  • Maintain calendars and assist in scheduling

  • Word processing and creation of letters

  • Fielding phone calls and correspondence Data entry into excel spreadsheets

Requirements

The Administrative Assistant must possess the following in order to be considered:

  • 3 to 5 years of administrative or related experience

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills
