MANPOWER Warehouse Supervisor in LA CROSSE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supervise staff and assist with pulling orders for city and route customers, stage orders, load trucks, and check orders. Accurately unload and receive incoming freight. Organize workforce and warehouse to ensure company is meeting the needs of our customers. Maintain accurate inventory. Delegate work to team members accordingly. 2 years' supervisory experience Background in warehousing Previous experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) a plus Effectively manage time, organize assignments, and prioritize multiple responsibilities. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills required including conflict resolution and problem solving skills. Ability to motivate team members and create a positive work environment. Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers and employees at all levels.
