Your role:

We are looking for someone like you who can help us:

  • partner with HR to understand their vision and strategy and translate that into a roadmap for the effective delivery of services and products across the HR Service Delivery organisation

  • foster strong relationships with all parties within Technology, including the HR Technology application delivery, production support and architecture teams as well as those teams that provide the platforms for the products within the portfolio

  • translate HR's requirements into high level strategic solutions and estimates that align to the published roadmaps and take into consideration the key practices in the market focusing on advisory and operations for case management and orchestration activity

  • build up relationships with the key vendors, such as ServiceNow and Pega, to understand and influence their product roadmaps particularly with reference to HR

  • ensure products and services are delivered and are compliant with operational, security and risk frameworks, minimal enterprise requirements, and any other group obligations and that the systems are correctly maintained

  • establish and maintain regular stakeholder communications across HR and Group Technology for demand planning and change implementation jointly with the project teams managing the lifecycle and data quality of the inventory

Your team:

You will be working in the HR Technology team in Krakow, Poland. We are a global function providing services to HR teams across all divisions whilst supporting their customers in 32 countries and 64 locations across the world representing over 60'000 users. HR Technology leads the delivery of the major HR programs for UBS whilst providing ongoing maintenance and Run the Bank activities for a host of widely used applications.

Your expertise:

You have:

  • experience of working with Case Management and Orchestration toolsets such as Pega and ServiceNow

  • understand how to get the best out of these products to leverage our investment

  • provide a strategic direction for the applications in the portfolio and work with the HR business to build out a roadmap to deliver against that strategy

  • a background in financial services or experience of working with Human Resources is desirable

  • assess requirements in collaboration with the wider teams to understand the best way to deliver a solution to meet those requirements

  • help build out a strong IT service and product management culture within HRIT, defining and implementing SLAs/OLAs and helping to creating transparency for the Total Cost of Ownership of the products across the team

You are:

  • a strong communicator who can manage expectations and challenge the client whilst maintaining good relationships with senior stakeholder

  • keen in digitalisation and how this can be used to engage with employees and improve services

  • a team player with an eye for detail and a strategic outlook to ensure that the business demands are fulfilled

  • able to work with multiple applications and are interested to understand f2b dependencies, assessing new ideas and providing implementable solutions
