Customer Facing position supporting the DuPont customer responsible for all aspects of project/program management associated with the implementation of assigned external customer-facing projects/programs. Provides a single point of contact and is the AT&T face to the customer during implementation. Responsible for relationship management with AT&Ts strategic customers during the project/program management life cycle and may provide consultative advice and support. Projects are typically high-value and may be long- term. Must have thorough understanding of AT&T products and services. May also manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. May also provide the vehicle for building and or venue owners to engage AT&T on network improvements. Provides guidance and expertise in project management through the use of a structured project management methodology to define and carry out business objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Responsible for client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conducts end to end project management of multiple large projects and may also manage sub components of a large program. Leads cross functional teams to complete projects or program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget. Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects. Defines project scope and objectives, guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables. Projects/programs are very complex in nature, rarely follow a repeatable framework, typically span multiple business units or are company-wide and require a high level of analysis to create project/program plans for new concept projects/programs. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project/program meetings and is responsible for project/program tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of major problems. Communicates to client/vendors/leadership.

Education and Qualifications:

Preferred Bachelor of Math/Science/Project Management/Engineering/Liberal Arts/Education degree or equivalent experience. PMP Certification preferred

Additional Information:

Location: Bratislava or Kosice

Contract: Unlimited

Hours: US shifts (approx. 3.00pm-11.00pm), must be able to work night/weekend cuts

Salary from 2120 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
